The Conversation

$30.00

The Conversation, built around Jamaica Blue Mountain. If you’ve never had it, this is one of the rarest coffees on earth. It’s grown between 3,000 and 5,500 feet in the misty peaks of Jamaica, where constant cloud cover and rich volcanic soil slow the cherries down and let the flavor deepen. The result is a cup with almost no bitterness, silky and well rounded, with soft notes of chocolate, a gentle floral lift, and a whisper of citrus. Most of the world’s supply never even reaches the U.S., since roughly 80 percent goes to Japan, and because real Blue Mountain is so coveted, authenticity matters. Ours is the real thing, certified and roasted in small batches just outside Hartford.

For us it’s personal. Blue Mountain is the taste of where Vaz came from, so every bag of The Conversation carries a piece of the island and a piece of him. It’s a coffee made to be sipped slowly, which is exactly why we named it The Conversation. We can’t wait for you to taste it.
